Cancel the order or
Exchange/return the products
Cancellation: No request for order cancellation will be entertained after the order has shipped. All requests for cancellation have to be made through Login -> My Orders -> Cancel Order. Refunds for cancelled orders will be credited to your Zzahaa Store Wallet only, subject to deductions of any benefits and the same can be used for subsequent purchases.
Exchanges and Returns:
A request for exchange/return can be raised within 48 hours from delivery of the order.
A request for exchange can be raised only if there is an issue with the size of the product delivered. A request for exchange has to be raised through Login -> My Orders -> Exchange Order/ Return Order.
A request for return will be entertained only if the product delivered is damaged/defective. A request for return has to be raised through email on firstname.lastname@example.org and / or Whatsapp on +91-8630704019 containing the Order ID, the reason for raising such return request and clear pictures of the damage/defect.
Upon receipt of the request for exchange/return, a courier representative will be sent to the original shipping address for pickup of the products. The products must be handed over in their original condition with all tags duly attached, without wear or tear, stains or defects and with the invoice, any freebies and packaging which is sold as a part of the product. The products must be unworn, unused and unwashed.
Once the products are received by Zzahaa, a quality check will be conducted to ensure that the products have been received in their original condition.
Upon the satisfactory completion of the quality check, in cases of an exchange, the replacement product of the size desired by you shall be shipped to the same delivery address within 5-7 days. If the size desired by you is unavailable then the net amount paid for the product will be credited to your Zzahaa Store Wallet and the same can be used for subsequent purchases. A request for exchange is only allowed once per product.
Upon the satisfactory completion of the quality check, in cases of a return, the net amount paid for the product will be credited to your Zzahaa Store Wallet and the same can be used for subsequent purchases.
2. If Zzahaa rejects the products so received during the quality check then the products will be sent back to the customer at the original shipping address.
3. Notwithstanding anything contained in this policy, Zzahaa reserves the right to reject any request for return and/or exchange of any products without giving any reasons for the same.
4. Products which have been altered or customised on your request cannot be exchanged or returned. Such sale is final.

Once receiving your order, we will turn your products around in 10-14 business days.
We accept returns for freshly purchased products within 2 days from the payment.
